Tuesday evening series: New Haven County Extension Center, 305 Skiff Street, North Haven, CT Session 1 is a prerequisite for the remaining sessions.

 The basics of home food preservation (canning, freezing, dehydration) Lecture, introduction. Prerequisite to remaining programs in series. Tuesday, July 7, 6:30 pm  Canning jams, jellies, fruits Tuesday, July 14, 6:30 pm  Canning tomatoes, two ways (using a water bath and pressure canner) Tuesday, July 21, 6:30 pm  Making pickles Tuesday, July 28, 6:30 pm

PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED: NOTE DEADLINES. SPACE IS LIMITED.
