Aligning Technology with Pedagogical Goals - Teaching Talks

Monday, February 27, 2017
1:30pm – 2:45pm

Storrs Campus
ROWE 319

You are invited to participate in a series of informal teaching talks throughout 2017. These are opportunities for participants to comfortably share teaching concerns and discuss techniques and strategies with colleagues, experts, and CETL staff. All sessions will take place in Rowe 319. All UConn instructors —graduate students, TAs, and APIRs, as well as adjunct, tenure-track and tenured faculty—are encouraged to attend.

At this session, participants will discuss the answers to questions like

• What are my main pedagogical goals & student learning objectives?

• What are the strengths and weaknesses of my current use of teaching strategies and educational technology?

• How might technology enhance student learning in my courses?

• How can I align learning objectives & technology based activities?
