A recent series of articles in The Connecticut Mirror highlights the need to educate the public and policy makers about the importance of bilingual education.

The goals of this one-day conference are:

To educate parents and policy makers about approaches to bilingual education

To inspire grass roots advocacy among English Learners and parents.
