Topic A Case of Rabdomyolysis and Severely Elevated Creatine Kinase Levels

Target Audience : Rheumatologists

Learning Objectives: Participants will (be able to): 1) Discuss some of the uncommon and unusual causes of rhabdomyolysis. 2) Recognize when to suspect these etiologies in a clinical scenario. 3) Discuss how to develop an approach to evaluate and then treat said etiologies.

Accreditation: The University of Connecticut School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
