Target Audience: Faculty, Staff and Trainees at the UConn Health Center

Learning Objectives: Participants will (be able to):

1. Identify the role of GME in advancing diversity and inclusion in education. 2. Identify a realistic solutions to comply with ACGME Common Program Requirements that address diversity and inclusion in the learning environment. 3. Describe the ways in which new ACGME Common Program Requirement changes will enable less emphasis to be placed on standardized test performance.
