TITLE: "Population Management for Behavioral Health"

Speaker: Joseph Parks, M.D., University of Missouri

Target Audience: Health Center faculty, residents, medical students, and other mental health professionals.

Learning Objectives: Participants will (be able to): 1. Learn to use data analytics for care management. 2. Analyze behaviors that lead to successful partnership. 3. Assess how Health Reform is changing care delivery.

Accreditation: The University of Connecticut School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The University of Connecticut School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
