A Poetry Discussion: In the title of one of his books, poet John Ciardi asked, "How Does a Poem Mean?" Examining various poems will help us answer that question. We'll try to draw out and clarify the meaning of a poem by reducing it to its component parts. Class will be held at Vernon Cottage.
