A Bouquet for Beneficials: Insectary Plants

The class will cover why insectary plants are important in conserving beneficial insects such as insect predators and pollinators. Examples of insectary plants will be discussed according to the types of beneficial insects attracted, their use in the ornamental or edible garden and overall fit in a sustainable pest management approach. After the presentation, we will go outdoors for observation and review. (Rain Date: Thursday June 28)
