We will meet on Tuesday, February 27, 11am-noon in Manchester Hall 227, to continue our discussion of the paper “The Surface-compositional Semantics of English Intonation” by Mark Steedman (Language, Volume 90, Number 1, March 2014, pp. 2-57).
The UConn Meaning Group meets on a regular (mostly weekly) basis throughout the academic year to discuss recent and ongoing work in the areas of Semantics, Pragmatics, and Philosophy of Language.
