Come learn with the Center for Learning in Retirement and Cameron Faustman, Interim Dean, College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources (CAHNR), UConn.

One of the greatest challenges facing the world will e how to feed Earth’s anticipated 9 billion people in 2050. Reducing the level of waste (40% of U.S. food production) is one way to help accomplish this. This talk focuses on the environmental impacts of food waste and the global/national perspective.
