Dr. Chakrabarti completed his graduate studies at the University of Calcutta, India where he worked on regulation of lipid kinase signaling in the nucleus. As a post-doctoral fellow, he has been working on roles of actin filaments and its assembly factors in mitochondrial dynamics.
