YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN EXERCISE MAT FOR THIS CLASS! High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a cardio-based class that alternates between intervals of intense activity and recovery periods. Workouts incorporate both aerobic and anaerobic moves that are sure to have you working outside your comfort zone. This class is 45 minutes.
