YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN EXERCISE MAT FOR THIS CLASS! 50/50 incorporates both cardio- and strength-based moves to create a well-rounded workout. Using an array of equipment, our instructors deliver challenging classes geared at improving endurance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness. If you’re looking to add variety to your workout routine, this is the class for you!
