YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN EXERCISE MAT FOR THIS CLASS! Small group training fitness class that will help improve your body's ability to work efficiently as one unit. This workout will include compound exercises (but not limited to) such as squats, lunges, and/or deadlifts. Functional training can also help improve coordination, balance, and body awareness, which in turn will help you avoid unnecessary injuries.
