Presenters: Tina Huey, CETL; Martina Rosenberg, CETL

Simple, brief, guided meditation techniques will be introduced. Participants will discuss how and at what point they are best used in the context of a course. Particular emphasis will be placed on supporting online "presence" for community building and dialogue. Techniques presented are rooted in Kabat-Zinn's MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction) and Rhonda Magee's The Inner Work of Racial Justice.
