Learning Objectives: Participants will (be able to): 1. Analyze the pros and cons of the use of post-operative steroids in a pediatric population following Posterior Spinal Fusion to provide insight into the safety and efficacy of this mediation. 2. Gain insight into the treatment option of buddy taping for patients with fifth metacarpal neck fractures and efficacy of this practice. 3. Discuss the competing treatments of anterior shoulder instability with glenoid bone loss and if Latarjet treatment or iliac crest bone graft transfer is best in clinical practice. 4. Demonstrate awareness of the Fragility Index versus the p-value tool as they are used in Orthopaedic Research and to determine whether to use the Fragility Index as a statistical method for analyzing future research.
