Please join us for the second, of three, UConn History Department Foreign Policy Seminars for the Spring 2021 semester. Our latest meeting will be Friday, March 26. The speaker that evening will be historian Amy Offner.

Offner is an Associate Professor of History at the University of Pennsylvania. She also is the author of the acclaimed 2019 book, "Sorting Out the Mixed Economy: The Rise and Fall of Welfare and Developmental States in the Americas." Professor Offner's talk will discuss her book.

The seminar will start at 5 PM EST. A Q&A will immediately follow. It will be held on Zoom and here is the registration link:
