Spin and Strength

This 60-minute combo class consists of a 40-minute SPINNING® ride followed by 20 minutes of strength training. Strength routines are mainly comprised of upper-body and core exercises, incorporating a wide variety of equipment to deliver workouts aimed at improving muscular endurance and bone strength.
