Learning Objectives: Participants will (be able to):

1. Improve their knowledge base in appropriate reasons for tapering opioids including misuse, diversion and failure to attain functional goals

2. Gain greater mastery in safe opioid tapering

3. Improve understanding of adjunct medication use for pain and withdrawal symptoms _________________________________________________________________________________
